She updated my e-mail, sent the form while we were on the phone, I approved it, and she took the payment due right away. Bundled car and home insurance to save money and found the price reasonable. When I think State Farm I think quality and care so I'm very comfortable with that decision. "Today I worked specifically with Michelle on multiple calls (I forget things and have to call back)
We have our Home and 3 vehicles. One vehicle was recently added since our almost 17yr old just got his license and bought his own vehicle. There has also been 6 adjustments made due to our multiple lines of discounts. So that kinda helps offset the *youthful driver cost we just added.
We are pretty happy with everything except that *youthful driver jump in cost but what can ya do, ya know. It's to be expected, as adults we know that & told him in advance. Tbh, it's way better coverage then what his friends have where they pay $100 a month.

The staff are amazing and I have spoke to all members on staff. Adam himself is also friendly and a down to earth kinda guy as well. Everyone is friendly and do work with you to find the beat rates possible! We have no complaints.
